Migrations are usually completed within 48 hours after payment. While we don’t charge a migration fee, your first month’s billing begins upon sign-up, which effectively means there is a small cost.
For websites without active sales or course activity, downtime is minimal (1-2 minutes). However, if your site has e-commerce traffic or other transactions, we take extra care to prevent data loss, which may result in 2-4 hours of downtime. This can be scheduled during your non-peak hours to minimize disruption.

We will send series of emails for the onboarding process and will schedule a zoom meeting to guide and get familiar with your website.
Unlimited edits do include edits to content on any page, changing banners, headers, or footers, changing plugin settings, CSS adjustments, blog content or context edits, formatting landing pages, changing images or text, adding coupon codes, or updating shopping carts. It does not include custom functionality development and content writing.
We sure do! Websites with advanced functionality like Store or multivendor store require our Level 3 plan, as do membership sites, multi-language sites, any sites with on-site payments, etc. They take more resources for us to manage so making sure you’re on the right plan means we’ll be able to dedicate what’s needed to keep your website secure, fast, and running smoothly.
